删除后会怎样 · What deletion does
删除成功后，我们会立即从线上数据库删除账号、登录凭证、Google 绑定和游戏数据，包括角色、宠物、物品、货币、进度、请求去重记录和游戏事件记录。此操作无法撤销。加密备份中的副本最多再保留 90 天。为记录删除并在恢复备份时重新执行删除，我们会永久保留删除审计记录，其中包含账号编号的哈希、删除时间、来源及处理结果等信息；它不是游戏存档，但可与已知账号编号匹配。服务器运行日志最多保留 30 天，不随账号删除立即清除。详见隐私政策。
After successful deletion, we immediately remove the account, sign-in credentials, Google link and game data from the live database, including characters, pets, items, currencies, progress, request-deduplication records and game-event records. This cannot be undone. Copies in encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 more days. We permanently retain deletion audit records to document deletion and reapply it when restoring backups. These contain an account-ID hash, deletion time, source and processing details. They do not contain the save itself, but can be matched to a known account ID. Operational logs are kept for at most 30 days and are not immediately erased with the account. See the privacy policy.
方法一：在游戏里删除（推荐）· Option 1: in the game (recommended)
打开游戏 → 更多 → 设置 → 删除账号，输入「删除」后点「确认删除」。
Open the game → More → Settings → Delete account, enter 删除 exactly, then tap Confirm deletion.
方法二：已绑定 Google 的账号 · Option 2: a Google-linked account
用绑定的 Google 账号登录，确认后即可删除。我们只用 Google 确认你的账号编号，不会保存你的邮箱或姓名。
Sign in with the linked Google account and confirm. We use Google only to confirm your account ID; we do not store your email or name.
方法三：没有绑定 Google 的游客账号 · Option 3: a guest account without Google
请填写游戏设置页里显示的「账号编号」和「删除码」。
Enter the account number and deletion code shown in the game's settings.
只有账号编号、没有删除码，无法删除账号，因为账号编号不能证明账号属于你。
卸载前，请保存完整的账号编号和删除码。即使已卸载游戏，也可凭这两项在本页申请删除，无需重新安装。删除码不能用于登录或恢复存档。重新安装通常会创建新的游客账号。如果旧安装数据已丢失，又没有保存这两项或绑定 Google，你将无法通过这些方式验证旧账号的归属；卸载本身不会删除服务器上的存档。
The account number alone cannot delete an account, because it does not prove the account is yours.
Before uninstalling, save both the full account number and deletion code. You can use them here after uninstalling without reinstalling. The deletion code cannot sign you in or restore a save. Reinstalling normally creates a new guest account. If the old installation data is lost and you saved neither these details nor a Google link, these methods cannot verify ownership of the old account. Uninstalling does not itself delete the server save.
方法四：邮件 · Option 4: email
未绑定 Google 的游客账号：发邮件到 yzyapps99@gmail.com，写明账号编号和删除码。我们用同样的方式核对后删除；只有账号编号无法删除。绑定 Google 后，删除码就不再有效。
已绑定 Google 的账号：请使用上面的 Google 登录方式删除。如果网页删除一直无法完成（例如账号一直处于战斗中），请发邮件请求协助，我们核实账号归属后代为删除。
我们会在删除请求处理完成后 90 天内删除相关的支持邮件。
Unlinked guest accounts: email yzyapps99@gmail.com with your account number and deletion code. We verify them the same way before deleting; the account number alone is not enough. A deletion code stops working once the account is linked to Google.
Google-linked accounts: please use the Google sign-in option above. If web deletion remains blocked (for example, a battle keeps running), email us for assistance and we delete the account after verifying ownership.
We delete the related support emails within 90 days after the request is completed.
